Diabetes Alert Day: Are you one of the 5.7 million Americans with undiagnosed diabetes?

Join us on Tuesday, March 23 for Diabetes Alert Day to find out. You will receive FREE blood sugar, foot, eye, blood pressure and cholesterol screenings. For best results, do not eat or drink (except water) for eight hours before your screening.

Screening times: 6:30 to 9 a.m. or 2:30 to 4:30 p.m.
