To meet the needs of our patients, we took a big step in establishing the Lakewood Hospital Diabetes and Endocrine Center. Our team of specialists provide expert treatment and education to empower people living with diabetes to successfully manage their disease. But we need to take another giant step and find a cure – that’s what Step Out is all about.

Every step you take, and every dollar you raise, helps provide education programs in our community, protect the rights of people with diabetes and fund critical research for a cure.

Come walk with us at the 2009 Step Out: Walk to Fight Diabetes, benefiting the American Diabetes Association, on Saturday, October 3 at Time Warner Cable Amphitheater at Tower City.
