The Teen Health Center is located in Lakewood's Madison Square Medical Building near the corner of Madison and Hilliard.

 

From I-90, exit on Warren Road, turn north on Warren Road and travel to Madison Avenue. Turn left (west) onto Madison Avenue and travel to the second traffic light (Westwood Avenue). The Teen Health Center is located on the northeast corner of Madison and Westwood Avenues. (The parking lot is located behind the building off Hilliard Boulevard. Parking is also available at the side of the building on Westwood Avenue).

 

 

From I-71, exit on West 150th, going north for approximately 3 miles (150th becomes Warren Road at Lorain Road). Turn left (west) onto Madison Avenue and travel to the second traffic light (Westwood Avenue). The Teen Health Center is located on the northeast corner of Madison and Westwood Avenues. (The parking lot is located behind the building off Hilliard Boulevard. Parking is also available at the side of the building on Westwood Avenue).

 

 

From the Shoreway, traveling west, the Shoreway will become Clifton Boulevard. Follow Clifton Blvd. to Belle Avenue. Turn left (south) on Belle. Travel past Detroit Avenue and Franklin. Turn right (west) onto Madison Avenue. Travel past Warren Road to Westwood Avenue. The Teen Health Center is located on the northeast corner of Madison and Westwood Avenues. (The parking lot is located behind the building off Hilliard Boulevard. Parking is also available at the side of the building on Westwood Avenue).
