Kurtis Dornan, MD, board-certified in family medicine, earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo and received his Bachelors degree from Case Western Reserve University. He completed his residency in Family Medicine with an emphasis in obstetrics and high-risk delivery at Summa Health System in Akron. He has a special interest in obstetrics, reproductive health issues, women’s health and pediatrics.
	Charles Garven, MD, board-certified in family medicine, is the medical director of Lakewood Medical Associates, Rockport. Dr. Garven earned his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and completed his residency training in family practice at the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Garven is a life-long Cleveland resident, a graduate of Padua Franciscan High School and Cleveland State University, and a 2006 recipient of Lakewood, Fairview and Lutheran Hospital’s Community Service Award, among other honors. He has a special interest in preventive care, disease prevention and health promotion.
	Kevin J. Leisinger, MD, a family medicine physician, earned his medical degree from University of Toledo College of Medicine in Toledo, Ohio. He completed his residency in Family Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio at Fairview Hospital. Dr. Leisinger received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame in Notre Dame, Indiana. He is a graduate of Saint Ignatius High School and grew up in Avon Lake, a suburb of Cleveland. He has special interests in preventive medicine, diabetes, adolescent health and hypertension.
	Jennifer Snyder, MD, board-certified in family medicine, earned her medical degree from Wright State University School of Medicine. She received her residency training at the Dayton Community Family Practice Residency in Dayton where she was the chief resident. Dr. Snyder is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. She is also the chairperson for the department of Family Medicine at Lakewood Hospital. She has a special interest in maternity, lactation, adolescent health and sports medicine.
