Ombudsman

Lakewood Hospital strives to provide service that meets or exceeds the expectations of our patients. In order to assure that all of your needs are being met, an ombudsman is available to assist you with any problems you may experience.

 

In the event your expectations are not met or service is not as you anticipated, please feel free to contact our Ombudsman Department. They will assist you in resolving your problems. By making us aware of your concerns you are helping us to continuously improve the service we offer to our patients.
