Contacting a Patient

To contact a patient by telephone, please call Patient Information at 216.529.7140.

 

Have the patient's first and last name available prior to calling. Once it is confirmed that the person requested is a patient at Lakewood Hospital, the call will be transferred to the patient's room.

  

Sending a get well message via e-mail to a patient. 

 

If you cannot visit a loved one that is hospitalized at Lakewood Hospital, you can now send them a message via email. Simply click here to send your message. 

 

Please note, you will need to allow 24 hours for email delivery Monday through Friday. E-mails sent after 4 p.m. on Friday will not be delivered until the following Monday. E-mails sent on holidays will not be delivered until the following weekday.
