Any gift (current, estate, life-income, etc.) of any size can be made in honor or memory of someone.

 

The Tribute Program offers a thoughtful way to make a gift to:

  • remember a loved one or friend
  • recognize your doctor, a nurse, or another caregiver at the hospital
  • celebrate a special occasion such as a birthday or an anniversary

 

With your tribute gifts, please include the name of the person(s) being honored or memorialized and the contact information for any person or family member that should be notified of your thoughtful donation. All individuals honored or memorialized are listed in Lakewood Hospital Foundation's annual report.
