Holiday Schedule

The Hospital observes certain designated holidays. These holidays are announced before the beginning of each calendar year.

The following days are designated holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Holidays which fall on Saturday will be observed on the preceding Friday. Holidays which fall on Sunday will be observed on the following Monday. However, for employees who are scheduled to work on the holiday, the actual day on which the holiday falls is observed for pay purposes.
